One Sophia and the Former Peace Centre Site
One Sophia stands on the site of Peace Centre and Peace Mansion, at the crossroads of Selegie Road, Middle Road and Sophia Road, by the developer’s factsheet. The new building keeps the corner as a meeting point, with a podium of shops facing both roads and a curved suspended garden across the facade.
